Prime Video Japan is searching for an exceptional Social Media Marketer with a genuine passion for entertainment and content marketing to join our social media team and help build the future of the entertainment industry.
The Social Media Manager will lead and launch always-on social communications and social campaigns that impact millions of customers in Japan. Your role will require you to collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional internal teams such as Brand, PR and our content production and acquisition teams. You will also work externally with social media and marketing creative agencies, influencers, content creators, talent agencies as well as direct collaborations with Meta, ByteDance, X and Google. Together with these partners, you will build innovative/impactful social-first experiences for customers driving excitement around our brand and titles.
Key job responsibilities
This role will:
- Lead, develop, and launch social strategies and communications for Prime Video Social initiatives
- Drive social conversations to build vibrant, loyal, and active communities.
- Manage agencies and oversee the project planning and management.
- Evaluate social performance using multiple data points and method.

応募資格(必須経験など)
基本条件
- 4+ years of experience developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms with a track record of growing audiences and delivering on engagement metrics
- Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to drive and measure success
- Paid media experience, ideally within social media
- Native-level fluency in Japanese
- Business-level fluency in English
歓迎条件
- Influencer Marketing experience
- Editorial experience, ideally with a digital content publisher
- Entertainment experience in films, television and/or music
- A/B testing Experience
