RESPONSIBILITIES
Mission Statement & Core Functions:
The candidate will be part of the Structuring team within SG Global Markets. More specifically he/she will work in the Pricing team focused on Fixed Income and Hybrid Structures. Position based in Tokyo.
Main duties and responsibilities
Develop the structured fixed income franchise in Japan, meaning:
Execution and optimization of flow structured business
From design to pricing and marketing of non-flow solutions
Develop and contribute to the QIS FIC and FIC fund platform in cooperation with QIS & Index team
Participate to complex deals origination in a partnership with sales teams.
Build a sustainable partnership with Japanese sales to cover all client segments: Distribution, Institutional and Corporates
Organize the products pushes to educate and market Société Générale offering internally and externally.
Price products in an accurate and timely manner, with special attention to risks constraints and regulatory costs
Liaise and negotiate with Trading to price and design suitable solutions.
Work in collaboration with all stakeholders and partners such as R&D/Middle Office/Legal/ IT teams
Geographical coverage: He/she will focus on Japan but be part of the regional APAC team.

PROFILE REQUIRED
Key Skill Areas & knowledge Required:
Demonstrated track of growing structured fixed income business within a large bank, Macro (FX and Rates) expertise is preferred, Credit to a lesser extent.
Strong academic background, Knowledge of Fixed Income models and markets
Solid communication skills
Solutions mindset and result oriented
Exhibit positive attitude and capacity to adapt and build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Eager to grow and to have an impact
Technology friendly
Mandatory English, Japanese proficiency strongly preferred, French would be a plus
