Overview
Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Finance team is hiring an Azure Cloud Solution Area (CSA) Finance Manager to support the Japan area.

This position will drive Azure cloud growth in in the Areas through deep analytics forward and backwards. The ideal candidate will have finance subject matter expertise to lead and educate the rest of the finance team on the Azure area. Lastly, the Azure CSA Finance Manager understands competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge BG leads & STU around new business opportunities / growth roadmap landscape.

Responsibilities
Prioritize

Performs and reviews analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, pricing, investment opportunities), and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships, acquisitions). Prepares and summarizes recommendations.
Works directly with business partners to translate top-down targets to an accountable budget for each group. Completes and reviews analysis, modeling, and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles. Partners and solicits insight from business and commercial stakeholders.
Delivers results through tracking performance, reporting accuracy, and partnering with business leaders to ensure execution of plans and accountability for results. Manages the rhythm of the business for area of responsibility including monthly close, recurring business review preparation, and budgeting. Generates relevant and actionable insights to drive the business forward.
Develops and leverages relationships with customers and partners to bolster sales, and to understand and manage business risk. Collects customer feedback data and applies data analysis techniques to improve customer experience. Builds strong relationships with customers at senior levels. Designs and negotiates solutions to complex financial issues with customers. Engages with customers and partners on their wider relationships with Microsoft. Serves as an advocate for Microsoft and its customers. Understands customers' businesses to plan growth. Manages balance between customer centricity, enablement of sales, and cost-effectiveness.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field AND 4+ years of work experience in financial analysis, finance or related field.
OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field AND 2+ years of work experience in financial analysis, finance or related field
OR equivalent experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, with Business level fluency in English and Japanese.

Preferred or Additional Qualifications

Ideally 5 years of active experience in similar role and 10+ years of experience in finance positions.
Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles is recommended.
Analytical, strong ability to dive into the business and generate insights to help guide the business in the right direction
Busines level Japanese (written & verbal) is advantageous.
