Role Details

As a Senior Coverage Specialist, you will:

Build/maintain long term client relationship and manage client assets to achieve sales of products/services, covering top-tier financial groups as a lead Account Manager
Develop and maintain multiple client relationships across client organizations, such as Product, Fund Promotion and Senior Management relationships for Distributors and Fund Wrap business, as well as Product, Sales, Investment and Senior Management relationships for Domestic Asset Managers
Leading complicated client negotiations/discussions, such as product structuring, fees, and small fund terminations
Conduct investor seminars and study sessions
Lead the initiation of client outreach and follows up on new business opportunities
Accurately and successfully represent DWS including legal, regulatory and Bank policy requirements and act according to the DWS Japan Client centric policy
Work as part of a strong regional Sales team with a collaborative mentality and “Win as a one team” spirit


応募資格(必須経験など)

We are looking for

Proven Investment Sales experience with a strong personal network to relevant key decision makers and departments of Japanese retail distributors
Experience with proven ability to maintain/develop client relationship, preferably across multiple asset classes
Strong product knowledge capable to explain and discuss sophisticated investment strategies and complex investment attitudes
Able to prioritize the key initiative across a broad range of opportunities and relationships
Excellent relationship management skills and experience, along with a high standard of public speaking and presentation experience
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills – be able to build the trust and confidence of clients
JSDA Level I is required (but DWS will support pre-/after joining if required)
Educated to degree level with at least 7-10 years relevant experience in Investment/Asset Management or Financial Services
Native in Japanese (written, reading and speaking) and a Business professional English level (written, reading and speaking)
