We're on the hunt for a remarkable Senior Recruiter with a strategic consultative approach, strong client service skills, and solid business acumen to help us discover top-tier talent and maintain our momentum. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to negotiating and closing offers. Your strategic and consultative approach will be key in influencing hiring decisions and ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.

Responsibilities

Partnership with the SBPs (HR Business Partners) and Business in taking a proactive role to recruit talent with the mindset of right fit for current and future roles by:

• Developing and implementing recruitment plans tailored to the needs of the business

• Matching talent to roles, providing guidance and expertise to the business

• Developing sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, leveraging a variety of tools and platforms

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers, understanding their needs and be the trusted advisor in providing advice on recruitment strategies

• Managing the entire Talent Acquisition cycle: research, sourcing, interviews and offers

• Influencing outcomes with Hiring Managers through effective communication and negotiation skills

• Understanding market and talent trends, and building metrics to analyze and inform recruitment strategies

• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Qualifications & Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience, including 5 years in direct recruiting and talent acquisition within a complex global environment or executive search firm

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment experience across Japan and South Korea at middle to senior leadership roles.

• Knowledge of effective recruitment strategies, methods, tools, sources and best practices

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations as they pertain to recruitment and hiring

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

• Ability to establish and maintain a vast network of effective professional relationships.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
