Amazonは、部門横断的な複数の物流ソリューション企画・運用・拡大によってお取引会社様・アマゾンの物流を最適化してビジネス全体の収益性改善を支援する、Strategic Supply Chain Managerを募集しています。主な役割はお取引会社様・ビジネスチームのニーズを踏まえて事業本部全体または個別お取引会社様の物流最適化戦略を立案・実行して商品調達のコスト最適化を実現することです。具体的には物流ソリューションごとの拡大戦略に沿ってビジネス機会を可視化すること、ソリューションの品質・サービスレベル改善を支援すること、ビジネスチームによるお取引会社様へのソリューション提案・導入を支援することです。この役割の関係者はお取引会社様、ビジネスチーム、プログラムチーム、オペレーションチームなど多岐に渡ります。この役割に求める人材は抽象事象と具体事象の往復を得意とする方で、会社全体の視点で部門横断的またはビジネス横断的なプロジェクト推進の経験があり、同時に個々のお取引会社様へ提案・交渉・改善の経験がある方です。
Amazon is looking for Strategic Supply Chain Manager, who supports overall business profitability improvement by optimizing logistics of vendor/Amazon through the plan, operation, and expansion of multiple logistics solutions across organizations. The main role is to realize cost optimization by planning and executing sourcing optimization strategies for the entire business organization or individual vendors based on their needs - visualizing business opportunities in line with expansion strategies for each logistics solution, supporting improvements in quality and service levels, and supporting solution proposals and implementation by business teams to vendor. The stakeholders in this role includes vendors, business teams, program teams, and operations teams. This role might be for you if you have experience in cross-organizational or cross-business project management from the perspective of the entire company, and at the same time have experience in making proposals, negotiations, and improvements to individual vendors.
Key job responsibilities
・全社軸/お取引会社様軸の物流最適化戦略およびゴールを立案します。立案の過程でビジネスチームおよびプログラムチームと連携します。
・ゴール達成に向けたアクションプランを立案します。立案するためにデータ分析やヒアリングを実施してビジネス機会を可視化します。また月、四半期の単位でアクションプランの進捗を管理します。
・アクションプランを推進するうえで生じるお取引会社様・アマゾン内での課題に対して、関係者を巻き込んで原因究明・解決策の立案・実行を推進します。特にお取引会社様オペレーション課題の場合は、必要に応じて現場視察をおこなうことで円滑な課題解決を実現します。
・ソリューション提案・導入に関するお取引会社様・ビジネスチームからのニーズをプログラムチームに共有してソリューションの品質・サービスレベル向上を支援します。
- Plan the sourcing optimization strategies both for company-wide and/or vendor-wide and set the goals with business teams and program teams.
- Create the action plan to achieve the goal by visualizing business opportunities based on the data analysis and research, tracking the progress of the action plan on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Detect the root-cause, plan and execute the countermeasure for solving the problems which interfere the action plan progress, through the visit on vendor/Amazon warehouse if necessary.
- Improve the quality of logistics service based on the needs from vendor/business teams.
A day in the life
目黒オフィスでの勤務がメインですが、月に数回の頻度で取引会社との商談に参加する機会があります。商品調達コスト最適化のために各取引先との間でのサプライチェーン工程を分析し、改善や問題解決のための提案を行います。アマゾンが提供する物流改善のためのプログラムの提案が業務の核となりますが、提案活動は各アカウントマネージャーと協業して取引先ごとに異なる物流課題の解決に取り組みます。社内物流・システム部門など社内ステークホルダーと週次、月次の頻度でゴール達成状況の確認や課題解決の議論を行います（英語会議あり）。
You mainly work at the Meguro office, but you have opportunities to participate in business meetings with vendors at a frequency of several times a month. In order for procurement cost saving, you analyze supply chain processes between each vendors and make proposals for improvements or problem solving. Proposals of logistics improvement programs by Amazon are your core mission, while you closely work with account managers to tailor your proposal. You join business review meetings to track goal achievement status and discuss problems with internal stakeholders on a weekly or monthly basis.
応募資格(必須経験など)
基本条件
- - 5+ years of program or project management experience
- - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- - Fluent Japanese
歓迎条件
- - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
