JOB DESCRIPTION
Join the Client Service Account Management team in Payments Tokyo branch!

As a Client Service Account Manager in Payments, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive account management service and escalation support overseeing relationship regionally and/or globally. Including servicing Tokyo branch account holders, we ensure that each J.P. Morgan branch delivers timely services and achieves detailed knowledge of their client support requirements, as well as act as a primary point of escalation for Japan headquartered Corporate clients. The objective is to ensure that all client service related tasks are completed promptly with a high degree of quality and efficiency.

Job responsibilities

Resolve your client inquiries, maintenance requests in prompt manner and meet or exceed your client’s desired outcome by leveraging client, bank, product, and service knowledge
Assist to ensure your client’s important/ significant transactions are delivered
Analyze available data and proactively offering suggestions or information that could potentially benefit client, including but not limited to product training, regulatory changes, data analysis
Manage customer expectations and demands in case of any issues, collaborating with several parties to best resolve the situation


応募資格(必須経験など)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Ambitious to build your career in the financial industry or has high interest in payments ecosystem, including but not limited to transaction banking, cash management, corporate finance, consulting, Fintech solutions, eCommerce business or merchant acquiring
Fluent in Japanese and English (both writing and speaking) in order to provide service to Japanese and English speaking clients
Sensitive and interested in details associated with documentation and products, client’s demands and needs
Takes ownership and responsibility, can position self as part of the larger team and collaborate with other members to achieve team objective and target

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill

More than 3 years of relevant industry experience such as Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance, Consulting or Payment service providers like Fintech or Merchant Acquiring
Knowledge on FXYCS, Zengin, USD and overseas clearing, SAP FI/CO, Oracle, Internet Payment Gateways, SWIFT, SFTP, API, ISOxml, etc.
