Position Overview
Details of the Division and Team:

The position is sales in Regional Bank ales team within ICG. Regional Bank sales team is a team of four, and covers regional financial institutions, focusing on regional banks with large asset size .

Business with regional banks is one of most growing areas in the industry and we look to reinforce the team adding the strong sales.. The candidate needs to have a good experience and track record of business with regional banks. In addition, the candidate needs to be motivated and can develop new business areas closely co-working with other business areas such as trading and structuring.

Your key responsibilities:

Cover and develop good relationship regional bank clients.
Place products which DB currently have or introduce new products to clients
Co-work with sales, trader, structurer both onshore and offhshore in order to develop new products for clients.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Your skills and experience:

Wide range of product knowledge for regional bank clients
5y + relevant industry experience covering regional banks
Very motivated and keen to explore new business opportunities.
Educated to University degree level
Native level Japanese and Fluent English
Sales motivated, personable and able to develop & maintain relationships.
Good communication skill to work with people across various areas
JSDA1 qualification holder
