仕事内容
Role and Responsibility
・Lead packaging development work-stream for Innovation projects. Also lead the project as a technical project leader.
・Operate promotional items including full understanding of system/rule/spec documentation.
・Work as part of new technology team to develop new innovative packaging solution which match the categories ambitions across consumers, sustainability & value.
・Planning and completing testing of packaging components within the packaging laboratory in-line with project network.
・Co-ordinate with network of internal and external partners* to deliver necessary packaging components with full validation of factory in-line feasibility and finished goods quality control. (*includes oversea colleagues/suppliers)
・Create the packaging specification data in the system to meet global specification standard.
応募資格(必須経験など)
＜Mandatory＞
・Intermediate knowledge of packaging conversion process. e.g. blow moulding, injection moulding
・Advanced packaging technology knowledge and development experience at least one packaging format (Pouch, bottle, cap, label, etc…)
・Good in communication skills in both Jaapnese and English (writing and oral).
＜Preferred＞
・Good at logical thinking.
・Project management experience.
・FMCG proudct experience.

1 PC R&D Manager and 5 speciallists (cross functions)
He/She will report directly to R&D Manager except 1 person.
