The Employee and Client Communication Lead is a seasoned professional role that integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is necessary. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one of more businesses. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Head of Corporate Affairs Japan, partner groups and global Enterprise Services and Public Affairs colleagues to develop integrated Internal Communications strategies that support franchise-wide priorities and business line specific programs using innovative ideas and channels

Work with the Head to develop comprehensive internal executive communications programs for franchise leadership team

Content creation across a variety of formats including speeches, presentations, keynote addresses, video scripts and written communications to employees.

Draft organizational announcements, initiative-specific communications and talking points, including the coordination of employee-related events.

Ensure effective communication cascades and channels that distribute targeted information at the franchise, business line and local team level

Writing internal communications updates and messages as per the Internal Communications plan or to support franchise wide activities as well as business line communication

Provide internal communications support for major projects and initiatives including Citi’s DE&I initiatives

Manage social media contents working with colleagues in the team

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in corporate communication or internal communication

Experience in innovative communication program development or culture transformation

Demonstrated record of success working with senior leadership

Demonstrated record of successful, proactive communications programs that employ creativity

Fluent in both Japanese and English

Education:

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
