JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Resiliency Manager, you will be responsible for developing the partnership with the business end to end i.e. front office, operations and technology, and other partners of Business Recovery Facilities and Technology, as well as with the Global Business Resiliency Crisis Management, Audit and Operational/Information Risk Management and Oversight and Controls teams.

You will join a team primarily responsible in driving business resiliency control management across various lines of businesses and function groups. You will be reporting to the Head of Asia Resiliency, to drive consistent analysis and implementation of regulation requirements, coordination of resiliency planning / capability readiness, and testing

You will be directly responsible for managing resiliency process re-engineering and firmwide program transformation agenda.

Job Responsibilities

Navigate & own resiliency control framework and program initiatives primarily for Japan and South Korea, including the local industry & regulatory agenda & engagements
Partner with various stakeholders to identify & assess business resiliency risks and/or control gaps, and recommend appropriate control measures to mitigate the risks
Manage the quality and effectiveness of resiliency strategy within assigned portfolio, including conduct formal Quality Control Reviews.
Understand key resiliency risks and issues in region cross businesses, working with the businesses to close the gaps
Enhance continuous improvement in resiliency knowledge and readiness of the region cross businesses.
Establish mechanisms for effective risk & performance measurement through KRIs / KPIs, reporting, and governance by streamlining the current processes and enhancing data quality
Provide regular management updates on resiliency matters to required governance committees.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in Controls & Governance, Business Resiliency or Risk Management, within the financial services industry.
Exceptional interpersonal & partnership skills with ability to communicate effectively and influence decision making with senior management.
Business process and operational knowledge required in order to operate effectively in a multi-functional and cross-function/business role
Solid judgment along with the ability to evaluate complex resiliency issues.
Flexibility i.e. Ability to adjust to sudden changes to meet business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Excellent time management and planning skills along with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time
Proven ability to work within a team and independently.
