仕事内容
> Manage Dual Hatted Controllers supporting MSMS (Morgan Stanley consolidated entity) Global Capital Market Division (GCM) and MUMSS (MUFG consolidated entity) Investment Banking Division (IBD) under the Joint Venture structure between MS and MUFG
> Provide critical analysis and materials for Firm Senior Management and business unit's decision-making (e.g. profitability analysis, revenue recognition analysis, New Product Approval)
> Coordinate with global teams as representative of Japan to drive global and local initiatives around regulatory requirements and process streamline
> Be a gatekeeper of the books and records and monitor deal pipeline (deal status tracking), in coordination with business units, global counterparts and MUFG JV partners

> Ability and willingness to coordinate across varying regions and teams towards the achievement of common goals
> Aptitude for working in a swiftly changing, dynamic environment
> Excellent communication skills (English and Japanese)
> Self-motivated personality with high standards for quality of work and accuracy
> Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
> Leadership and team management experience
> Accounting and product knowledge on Investment Banking is preferable, but not mandatory
