仕事内容
クライアントの福利厚生制度の現状分析、課題可視化を行ったうえで、最適な制度を設計し提案します。シニアメンバー・チームメンバーのサポートをうけながら、プロジェクトのデリバリーに責任を負います。プロジェクトは、新規制度の導入支援、M&A起点の制度統合アドバイザリー、等多岐にわたります。具体的には、クライアントミーティングのファシリテーション、コンセプトメーキング、プロジェクトマネジメント、クライアントとのリレーション構築、分析、資料作成、プレゼンテーションを実施いただきます。
After analyzing the current status of the client's welfare system and highlighting issues, we will design and propose the optimal system and programs. Junior staffs will be responsible for project delivery with the support of senior and team members. We cover a wide range of fields, including the introduction of new health and benefit systems and programs, integration advisory for M&A. The responsibilities of the role will include: facilitating client meetings, making concepts, project management, building client relationship, data analysis, creating materials and reports, and making presentations to clients.

4年制大学卒以上University qualification with a bachelor’s degree or higher
Knowledge and Skills (Must):
国際経験・語学力
論理的・問題解決型の思考力（保険知識や業界経験は不問です）
トライアンドエラーを繰り返し、新たな領域に挑戦できる方。高いラーニングアジリティ
プロジェクトマネジメントとチームワークに長けた方
お客様はグローバル企業の人事部が多く、海外とのウェブ会議なども多いことから、柔軟性あるコミュニケーションと業務遂行ができる方
International experience and language capabilities (Japanese and English)
Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities (Insurance knowledge and industry experience are not required)
Those who can challenge new fields. Learning agility.
A good team player with project management skills.
Flexibility in communication and execution of the projects as many web conferences and calls are involved with multinational clients based abroad.
Experience (Preferred):
コンサルティングファーム（戦略、総合コンサル、システム、組織・人事等 分野不問）での経験
事業会社での人事領域の経験
ヘルスケア、福利厚生についての興味
Professional working experience as a Consultant (regardless of type of consulting services. i.e. Strategy, Operation, System/IT, Organization and HR etc.)
HR experience in industry
Interest in healthcare and benefit business
Language requirements (Must):
Language Skills: Business level in Japanese and English
