About the Division
Morgan Stanley Investment Management is a global provider of superior investment products and services to institutional clients across multiple asset classes. Morgan Stanley Investment Management offers clients a wide range of U.S. Equity and Fixed Income products, as well as a number of Global and Emerging Markets investments and Alternative Asset Classes. New client cultivation and relationship management in the segment of Financial Institutions mainly located in Tokyo area as the first target by selling and distributing the entire range of MSIM investment products.
Key Responsibilities
• The candidate should have sufficient experiences to deal with Financial Institutions such as Life & Non-Life Insurers, Trust Banks, Banks, local asset managers and others.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and relationship and business development skills to penetrate into Japanese institutional investors base where candidates should make use of MSIM resource for effective penetration.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements
Skills Required
• Candidates should be a team-oriented person.

• At least 15 years’ experience working in a similar capacity
• General product knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income and Alternative Investment strategies
• Japanese Skill: Native level
• English Skill : Business level, able to communicate globally to lead the client solutions discussions. Experience in dealing with documentations and terms and conditions of fund products is a huge plus
• PC Skill : Word, Excel, P.P
Skills Desired
• Existing relationships with Japanese institutional investors, with focus on Financial institutions
• Knowledge/experience in dealing with institutional distribution business
