• Responding the complicated Japan clients’ request.
• Creating new strategic reporting workflow, incorporating inhouse systems
• Developing systematic solutions to raise efficiency by automation
• Ensuring global consistency in client materials production

Role Description
The Client Reporting Leader will play a key role in the development and implementation of our Asia Client Reporting strategy. The successful candidate will serve on the Global Client Reporting Leadership Team and be responsible for identifying opportunities and challenges, finding creative and pragmatic solutions and driving results for our clients and shareholders. The Leader will be expected to take a hands-on role in building our Asia Client Reporting team and capabilities.
In terms of local requirement we expect this role to understand and manage the complicated Japan clients’ requests.

Qualifications
• Significant experience in client reporting function (Asset Management Business)
• Ability to understand system/technology functions and suggest alternative ideas
• Demonstrates creativity in solving problems. Always looks for new ways of doing things
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Japanese and English
