Key responsibilities
• Answer inquiries from bankers in a timely, accurate and value add manner by selecting the most appropriate sources.
• Engaging directly with bankers and partnering with colleagues to provide high quality and professional client service.
• Embrace and build team relationships both locally and globally, collaborating on projects as required.
• Identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the banker experience.
• Possess a passion to grow knowledge, insight and skillset by utilizing learning & development opportunities and tools.

Knowledge and skills
• Excellent engagement and communication skills to drive improvements and work effectively with colleagues/bankers.
• Proficient in English and Japanese language with good spoken and written skills.
• General understanding of the financial sector, investment banking industry and terminology would be an asset.
• Database search experience, particularly with Factset, Eikon, S&P/CapIQ, Factiva, Bloomberg, Nikkei Telecom, or similar would be an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize urgency and thrive under pressure.
• Demonstrate ability to think critically and creatively.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Overtime may be required at times.
Qualifications
• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
