Level 2 Network Service Operations Engineer

As a Barclays Level 2 Senior Network Operations Engineer, this is an exciting opportunity where you will be accountable for service stability and recovery involving network infrastructure within the Bank. Being a Level 2 Senior Network Operations Engineer means you will run regional day to day operations across 21 network technology products and ensuring that change activities are planned, implemented and handed over to BAU without service impact.

What we’re looking for:
• CCNP certification and equivalent
• Hands-on and knowledge with latest Network technologies utilized in financial industry
• Minimum experience of 5 years of network support within a large institution
• ITIL Practitioner Certification
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Working knowledge of QOS classes, SSL, Netscaler, wireless, Python scripting
• Experience of working within a large multiple-site preferably within a global financial
• Working knowledge of products including F5 BIG-IP, Broadcom Proxy, Infoblox, Cisco ACI
