What you can expect
Main task is to perform control and non financial regulatory report function for various products. Control function includes client asset calculation, reconciliations, creation of statement to clients, process risk, etc. Non financial regulatory report function is to provide transaction volume/position information to various regulators. As the team supports various products, directly interact with each line of business.
What you will do
・Perform reconciliation between our books and records vs external depository.
・Create transaction balance statements to clients.
・Calculate client asset
・Create/submit Non financial regulatory reports
・Perform Security Administration function
・Work with various line of business for reconciliation breaks, issues, etc.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Your background
・Strong team player and ability to work well independently and collaboratively with peers and stakeholders
・Attention to details and the ability to process tasks accurately and in a timely manner
・Control focused with a good understanding of risks and the impacts of errors
・Proficient in using Excel and other MS applications
・Business level in written and spoken English with Japanese native level fluency
・Background of operations in security industry/market - work experience in a financial institution is required.
