We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join the Payments Corp. PSM team as a Payments Sales Manager covering the subsidiaries of North America/ EMEA/LATAM/Asia HQ companies operating in Japan. We are looking for an exceptional individual with the ability to grow our footprint and ensure we continue to deliver a best-in-class service on behalf of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop New Sales Opportunities
• Identify and win new Payments opportunities/prospects across Payments product suite/solution, including TS, MS and Trade
• Develop and strengthen senior client relationships
• Build pipeline and lead incremental deals to further penetrate client wallets
• Manage drafting and submitting RFP/proposals to client for Payments deals
o Work with pricing team to develop pricing model
o Partner with internal stakes holders (i.e., PBD, PAM, PSS, and GCB) as needed
• Identify product specific / tactical needs and strategic sales opportunities
• Organically grow and deepen the relationship through product cross-sell, contract negotiation and tactical re-pricing across TS, MS and Trade
Manage and Maintain Coverage
• Build trusted advisor relationship over time and serve as client's go-to expert for Payments
• Own responsibility for pitch to implementation process
• Own strategic account planning for all clients in coordination with stakeholders across Payments
• Act as a senior escalation point for client issues while actively monitoring the client engagement
• Support non-revenue generating projects critical to relationship

Your Background:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in the financial services industry with specific experience in cash management client facing sales or service preferred
• Competency in using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software is needed to contribute to composition of client presentation materials and administration of business control processes
• Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance or related disciplines preferred;
• Team Player
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Strategic, decisive and can execute
Languages:
• The ability to read, write and speak English and Japanese is a prerequisite
