In this role you will help define, build, launch and optimise cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift, tooling and operational excellence initiatives. You will own operational mechanism design, launch and operations, reporting. You will drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms. The key to your success is excellent attention to detail, a strategic mindset and ability to translate strategic priorities into operational mechanisms and delivery initiatives - all whilst bringing the business on the journey.
Reporting to the Asia-Pacific/Japan (APJ) Field Technical Operations Manager for Customer Solutions Management (CSM). You will act as a partner to senior regional and world-wide leadership to support the strategic evolution of the APJ CSM function, including programmatically executing day-to-day field operations, tooling, and coordination and planning of activities, initiatives and mechanisms.
Key job responsibilities
• Program management of strategy initiatives, functional mechanisms, regional initiatives and future state operating model transformation
• Senior portfolio-level reporting, assessments and brokering agreement, stakeholder buy-in and rapid assessments of risks and change management requirements for allocated regional teams
• Definition, build, development and launch cross-regional and cross-functional capability uplift and delivery programmes that embed best practice, efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms
• Operational cadences, reporting and drive efficiencies and acceleration mechanisms.
• Driving the execution and reporting of the operational KPI, OKR and Goals and Metrics for allocated initiatives
• Launching and embedding improvements to field team tooling

基本条件
• 8+ years program managing complex, large scale, transformation, operations or strategic programs
• Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with data modelling, analysis and reporting
• Hands on experience with project management best practices in large projects and multi-stakeholder environments
