Main Objectives of the Job
Media investment (Advertising) is a critical growth driver for Unilever and a significant expense item on the P & L. Maximizing return on this marketing investment for business growth is therefore a key priority. Unilever’s media/channel strategy is focused on delivering outstanding solutions for brands and providing world class capability to drive brand, category and business growth. This involves leveraging all media channels and driving our presence across all media in the most creative and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
The Country Assistant Media Manager is responsible for development and execution of the most innovative and strategic media plan and buying delivering maximum ROMI. The role is also responsible for the budget control, network management on media and building digital capability, with specific responsibility for media and digital agencies. The role reports into the Media manager.
Drive Efficiency and Effectiveness
Drive media costs saving delivering controlling inflation for all Media
Understanding media buying/ industry standard for the best negotiation result and managing rebate.
Drive Strategic Thinking
Deriver strategic media plan and innovation by consulting brand teams.
Explore and organize media tools, partnership and guidelines to lift the planning quality as well as improve planning efficiency.
Drive digital agenda for Unilever marketing
Media Operation
Track, analyse and share rigorously, responsible for both global and local reporting and related inquiry.
Managing media budget and PO process.
Agency management
Rigorously watch compliance of agencies. Manage evaluation, fee discussion and contract, establish the working environment which is complied with policy.
Work closely with procurement and Legal team.
応募資格(必須経験など)
・5+ Years’ experience in media roles (with a Media Agency, Digital Agency or Marketer) and strong evidence of all job skills required for the Role.
・Mid-level English skill (Written communication is must)
