Job Summary & Responsibilities:
The Operations division partners with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. Alongside this vital service delivery role, Operations provides essential risk management and control, preserving and enhancing the firm’s assets and its reputation. Operations span all product lines and markets, and functions.

The Local Markets team has a dynamic environment where you will be required to provide client service for different asset classes, to support new business launch and to work closely with offshore Ops teams who support Japan clients.

・Support FICC asset servicing events
・Support Mutual Fund business new launch and clients’ life-cycle events
・Support HIC client business
・Provide oversight for offshore teams to support Japan clients
・Respond to varied queries from the business and internal clients
・Understand internal and external regulations
・Maintain close relationships with market counterparts, external and internal clients
・Participation in strategic and tactical projects with other Operations areas, IT & management.
・Work very closely with other regions counterparts to support Japan clients and business


応募資格(必須経験など)

MANDATORY:
・Strong communication and teamwork skills. Essential for interacting at all levels, across departments and regions.
・Time management and ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment.
・Accuracy and attention to detail essential.
・Ability to take ownership for an issue and problem solve, and to lead projects and initiatives
・Japanese speaker who can provide quality client service and conduct business support
・English speaker who can Self-motivated, inquisitive and enthusiastic to learn.

PREFERRED:
・Exposure to various products and / or Operation functional experience
・2+ years of experience in Client Service or Middle Office function role
