仕事内容

Major Responsibilities:
・Manage the calendar/ diary for the team
・Organize company engagement meetings as well as meetings with other stakeholders. Such meetings include but are not limited to coordinating and scheduling audio and video conference calls across multiple international locations
・Provide full support in travel management with our travel vendor for team members.
・Process monthly Corporate Amex expenses for team members
・Submit invoices for payment to Accounts Payable, process and approve on dashboard for payment and monitor for budget purposes
・Supporting translation of notes, presentations and other materials, to the extent possible
・Other ad hoc administrative duties and work as a team with fellow admin assistants to ensure effective management of office administration.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required:
・Prior experience working within a global firm (highly desired but not essential)
・Prior experience in handling sensitive and confidential client material
・Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
・Highly developed and professional verbal and written communication skills
・Exceptional attention to details
・Excellent time management and organizational skills
・Experience dealing with business stakeholder at all levels within an organization
・High level of energy, self-motivation and determination to identify effective solutions and solve problems
・Proven ability to ensure multiple tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and to the highest qu
ality
・The ability to work effectively within a fast paced, matrix management environment with minimal direction
・Demonstrated passion for teamwork and being an integral part of a successful team
・Strong initiative and a pro-active approach
・High commitment to client service
・Fluency in both Japanese and English
