We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Operations Assistant, based in Tokyo, Japan, to assist in managing our day-to-day operations. Our international team is responsible for running and growing an innovative, global project that helps Amazon improve the customer experience at scale.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned activities and goals and will be involved in generating ideas, analyzing data, and recommending business decisions. Successful candidates will have a hands-on attitude, flexibility to perform a variety of tasks, customer obsession, a great team ethic, excellent communication skills, and the drive and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities：
・End-to-end ownership of diverse operational activities centred around e-commerce.
・Monthly reporting, invoicing, and expense submission.
・Maintain and improve key performance metrics.
・Manage account and vendor relationships on a day-to-day basis.
・Provide customer support, solve issues, and escalate high-impact or recurring issues to help the team identify solutions and correct defects in SOPs and the customer experience at large.
・Build and analyze reports to inform decision making.
・Liaise with cross-functional teams globally to drive process improvement and operational excellence.

基本条件：
・Bachelor’s degree.
・Minimum one year of professional experience post graduation.
歓迎条件：
・Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
・Experience in e-commerce operations, retail, account management and/or vendor management.
・Proficiency in Excel and other data analytics tools.
・Track record of delivering results in a high-ambiguity environment.
・Startup experience and an entrepreneurial mindset.
