DESCRIPTION：
An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Investment Banking Division for an Analyst Assistant to provide support in some of the key tasks and operations within the team, working closely with the bankers.
Duties include:
- Assisting in creating or updating pitch books based on industry/company research. Typical contents of such materials include, but not limited to: (i) financial summary of a certain company, (ii) business or product description of a certain company, (iii) market share/positioning, (iv) investment portfolio of a certain company, (v) share price chart, (vi) comparable analysis, (vii) description of precedent M&A transactions, (viii) research on market/industry
- Assisting in translation of materials from English into Japanese/ from Japanese into English
- Assisting in reviewing relevant documents including press release and prospectus
- Assisting in arrangement of logistics for IR road shows
応募資格(必須経験など)
QUALIFICATIONS：
- Full Professional Fluency in Japanese and English
- Basic PC Skill set (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Basic numerical and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance preferred
