Key Responsibilities：
You will own configuration requirements of new and existing clients on Aladdin Data&Analytics Platform. These configurations consist of building production processes that calculate Risk&Returns analytics based on client portfolios. To build such a process, you will strive to gain an in-depth knowledge of Aladdin functionality to ensure clients take full advantage of the suite of Aladdin capabilities
Configuration requirements come from many types of users, some of whom may not have sufficient knowledge about the nature of configurations. You will need to understand those requirements, come up with the implementation plan that best suits them. Most often you face a challenge of designing and promoting solutions that are customizable to meet user needs but are also deployed in Aladdin in an automated, scalable manner
To implement a robust production process and to meet target dates you will have to apply good project management skills to all product responsibilities: set agenda, drive tone, provide direction to individual team members, oversee execution, and communicate out to partners

Qualifications：
・ Have strong Japanese language skills, since as the member of Client Enablement in Japan, you will constantly work with clients and partner teams in Japanese both in verbal and written form
・ 2-3 years in a highly analytical role in a technology or financial services setting
・ Ability to multi-task and handle cross-departmental projects in a fast-paced environment
・ Desire to understand how processes work. Creativity in solving non-traditional problems
・ Strong critical thinking and confirmed experience using technology to solve problems at scale
・ Outstanding academic achievement, degree in business, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics or other quantitative field of study.
・ Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly
・ Programming experience in Python, specifically in Data Science field. In case of no experience, we expect you to have desire to learn it and apply it on the job
・ Data manipulation skills such as SQL, Excel Formulas like VLOOKUP and some Linux commands
・ Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
・ Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
・ Assist in various technology, data and process improvement initiatives
・ Works closely with other regional offices in Asia
・ Assist with ad-hoc requests/projects
