Details of the Division and Team
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for any one or more of the following activities, sourcing talent either internally or externally and at any level, screening cv's as well as interviewing and recommending candidates for positions, conducting pre-employment checks and screening for new joiners, obtaining references, processing employment paperwork and/or verification of qualifications, implementing the new hire onboarding strategy, ensuring it is within best practice guidelines, liaising with external vendors, talent attraction: defining and executing employer brand strategy; and utilising social media, digital marketing, events and creative communications to enhance the banks employer value proposition.

Your key responsibilities:
As AVP Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end to end hiring process including sourcing internal and external and referral candidates, screening CV's, interviews and candidate management, stakeholder management, recommending candidates for positions, conducting pre-offer due diligence and offer management. Promoting internal mobility.

Working with various parts of HR and other functions to ensure proper onboarding of the candidates.
Ensuring compliance with DB policies and procedures, global and local legislative and regulatory compliance including resident labor market testing requirements and other applicable local requirements.
Responsible for various elements of talent attraction including executing employer branding strategy, utilising social media, digital marketing, events and creative communications to enhance the banks employer value proposition.
Participating and contributing to various HR related projects and initiatives
Support and promote execution of Deutsche Bank’s diversity strategy and activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with different teams in order to share best practice; partnering with peers to ensure that the global and regional priorities are implemented, while reflecting and representing local priorities.
Coordinating with outsourced solutions to support sourcing, interview scheduling, and operational tasks.
Working across HR, closely with other elements of the HR function, including Advisory, Reward, Talent & Development, COO office, to ensure that greatest value is brought to the client.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Your skills and experience:
・Requires experience of 5+ years in recruitment as a recruiter (Financial industry is preferred but not must)
・Understanding of CWR (Temp Hiring), special needs recruiting (Early Career / New Grad recruiting experience will be plus)

・Requires experience of professional hiring for Japan and additionally in one or more of the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Australia would be a plus.
・Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills, and strong written and oral communication skills
・Exhibits knowledge of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics
・Should have good exposure in the complete recruitment lifecycle from Sourcing to Onboarding
・Must have excellent Presentation and facilitating skills
・Give attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and adherence to process
・Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
・Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
・Banking or financial services sector experience is preferred or those sectors that operate within a regulatory environment
