Details of the Division and Team:
・The Fixed Income eCS Group provides business support to both Internal and External clients transacting business via the Deutsche Bank suite of electronic trading solutions. Business lines are currently supported from London, New York, Singapore and Tokyo. This role will focus on Fixed Income products as the core business.

・E-trading targets a broad range of clients including Hedge Funds, Institutional customers, Government Agencies, Central Banks, Asset Managers and Pension Funds.

・The eCS Support team provides dedicated 24-hour Global Support. Globally the team lends much of its success to the sharing of information, networking and high levels of cross training - all of which are vital to eliminate risk and manage successful relationships in a rapidly changing environment.

・This role sits within Fixed Income Middle office organization in Tokyo working closely with the middle office function which supports the non-etrading of the same asset class, having periodical job rotations with the middle office core functions according to the staffs request and readiness to learn.

Your key responsibilities:
・The team is responsible for managing the needs of e-trading clients on a daily basis covering cross asset classes including Listed Derivatives, FX and FI via multiple venue either via FIX DMA, algorithmic trading, proprietary trading applications and third party trading offerings for Listed Derivatives.
・Project and initiative work also forms part of this role.
・Staff will also be responsible to conduct a system demonstration to clients as well as manage the client relationship.
・Japanese Language support facing TKY clients, business and exchange.
・Organize and conduct system demonstration to clients and manage client relationships.
・Pre-Apac market opening incoming query checks and Post-system release change checks in the morning
・Project and initiative work forms part of this role.
・Platform delivery, testing and demonstrating new products and functionality


応募資格(必須経験など)

Your skills and experience:

・Native level Japanese and Business level English is required
・Customer support / Client Service / Post Sales service experience preferred
・FX, Derivatives, Listed Derivatives product and market knowledge preferred
・Excellent communication skills
・Ability to work under pressure and stress
・Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting – advantageous but not a pre-requisite
・Educated to University degree level
・3-4 years of working experience, financial industry preferred
・JSDA Class-1 Sales Representative preferred
