業務内容
・Conduct independent research along the product development cycle, from early exploratory work, iterating on solutions, to evaluating the final product.
・Work with international vendors to run studies, collect and synthesize data, and use insights to drive product strategy.
・Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to understand research needs and design a new product.
・Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Minimum qualifications:
・5 years of experience within UX, Human-Computer Interaction, applied research, and/or product research and development.
・Experience with research design utilizing various methods including usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
・Experience with end-to-end product research in a tactical setting.
Preferred qualifications:
・7 years of experience within UX, Human-Computer Interaction, applied research, and/or product research and development.
・Experience with international research, especially in Japan.
・Experience in product strategy discussion and understanding of business impact.
・Experience with a range of methodologies (e.g., ethnography, usability, longitudinal studies, benchmarking, eye-tracking, metrics analysis, etc.).
