【Google】Customer Engineer, Apigee, Google Cloud (Japanese)


仕事内容

・Provide indepth API management and App modernization expertise to support the technical relationship with Google’s customers.
・Work with the account team to identify and qualify business opportunities. Understand key customer objections and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
・Develop proofs of concept, presentations, and demos in order to take a prospect successfully through the evaluation process and make them satisfied customers.
・Partner with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to Google Cloud.
・Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required.


応募資格(必須経験など)

Minimum qualifications:

・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
・4 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
・Experience with web services and API technologies such as HTTP, REST.
・Ability to speak and write in Japanese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

・Experience in areas like API management, microservice frameworks, and PaaS.
・Experience with legacy and modern application development, middleware technologies, or other applicable platforms.
・Knowledge on end-to-end security and understanding of popular API security technologies such as OAuth, mTLS, SAML, JWT, and SSO.
・Knowledge of Cloud, multi/hybrid-cloud strategies and associated technologies.
・Ability to travel as needed and to work flexible hours with prospects in different geographies and time zones, and with a distributed team.
