About the team：
Our exotics QIS trading team runs an industry leading business in Japan.
Responsibilities：
Day-to-day operations on the QIS trading desk: daily hedging, trade booking, life cycle management, flow monitoring.
Risk management of the exposure across various asset classes.
Drive platform improvement with technology teams, business strategists and relevant infrastructure groups.
Participate in the development/reviesw of new products/strategies.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Requirements
ENG language fluency. JPN proficiency is a plus.
Strong quantitative skills. Decent programming skills is a plus.
Strong interest in financial markets / derivatives. Prior trading experience is a plus.
Ability to exert good judgement in stressful situations (e.g. fast markets).
Strong interpersonal skills.
