仕事内容
Job Description:
• Support pre-closing deal activities,
• Monitor/control/manage overseas Hub Operations to ensure that loan drawdown, repayment, interest settlement, fee settlement and assignment are completed without any issue,
• Monitor/handle Agency services activities with overseas Agency team,
• Handle inquiries,
• Prepare regulatory reports,
• GL Reconciliation,
• Maintain Loan related documents and internal records
• Support Trade Operations.
応募資格(必須経験など)
Skills/Qualifications:
• Over 5 years experiences preferably in banking operations with understanding of Bank Loans
• Good communication skill both in Japanese and English
• Ability to partner with various internal/external parties
• Proven skills in time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to independently identify issue, analyze problems and provide viable solutions
• Proactive in identifying and escalating issues
• Ensure appropriate break investigation and resolution
• Strong understanding of Risk Management and should be able to manage issue and exception
