Department description:
1. Gain client trust and ensure SG provides the best possible services to his/her clients, in the respect of credit risk
2. Manage closely the risks and credit aspects
3. Support the Business lines s on Credit and Risk related issues by being perfectly capable to handle articulated and complex risk/return
4. Run all GLBA FIG activities in Japan and increase the Investment Bank (main focus), counter Party Risks
Responsibilities
• Achieves year on year revenue and Investment Bank revenue growth progression on his/her client names and sector
• Contributes to the development of revenue, along with the Senior Banker, on their clients
• Develops detailed client plans to establish pipeline opportunities/ priorities for resource planning
• Judiciously manages Counter Party Risk while maximizing client risk/reward (monitoring the profitability ratios)
• Identifies opportunities that have significant potential for the organization
• Continues to further enhance the GLBA FIG platform

PROFILE REQUIRED
• Deep understanding of the clients’ strategies, product needs, financial objectives and operations
• Strong knowledge of the products, solutions and services of SG
• Ability to access and influence key decision makers
• Ethics /regulatory requirements and risk culture
