We’re looking for someone who can:
• observe trends, formulate and assess product ideas, and submit corresponding proposals for new products or product modifications
• contribute specialist knowledge during all phases of development and introduction
• educate and guide client advisors on capital markets products
• work closely with client advisors, make joint calls to clients to find out their needs
• effectively communicate with internal stakeholders such as client advisors, Global Markets colleagues, control functions and colleagues from around the world, as well as external stakeholders such as structuring banks in order to find out best solutions

Japan Wealth Management Capital Markets EQ/FI/SP team has front-to-back instrument responsibility for Equities (EQ), Fixed Income (FI) and Structured Products (SP). We create and deliver a leading offing of Cash EQ, cash FI and SP across all capital markets underlyings such as FX, EQ, FI and Commodities aligned with our "UBS House View". As a product specialist and internal sales, you will interact with internal and external stakeholders

You have:
• deep knowledge on capital markets products, especially structured products
• ideally 5+ years of experience as a SP specialist
• excellent communication and presentation skills
You are:
• smart and flexible to adapt to changing market situations and business needs
• native level Japanese and business level English
