Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities to include;
• Constant interactions with relevant RMs in each region of Asia, EMEA, and Americas fororigination/documentation/execution/post closing as well as any other business matters,
• Maintain and keep enhancing relationships with Japanese equity partners for the purpose of timelysourcing of the competitive and suitable JOL equity capacity in terms of pricing and volume,
• Manage cashflow throughout the process from origination to closing and post closing,
• Negotiate with transaction parties (such as airlines, shipping companies, equity partners, relevantlegal counsel etc) and take responsibility as an arranger for term sheet, documentation, execution as well as post closing matters,
