What will you be doing?
• Acting as the main point of contact for Sales / Trading for processing all new bookings, amends, allocations and cancellation bookings in the risk system
• Monitor trading’s risk and pnl and investigate when issues occur will work closely with the supervisor in running the day to day activities
• Ensuring there is suitable control processes around trade booking, verification while working closely with sales/trader, middle office, finance and various operation teams
• Participating in testing and the implementation of the related system / product / regulatory change functionalities, working closely with the team’s supervisor
• Seeking for areas of improvement in the day to day processes by automating manual bookings/functions minimizing potential risks
• Raising IT issues and concerns, and working with IT to deliver a good solutions
応募資格(必須経験など)
What we’re looking for:
• Bi Lingual with fluent Japanese a business level of English as they will be dealing with various markets
• Previous experience in Microsoft Office technologies including Excel and VBA
• Organised, superior attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure with the ability to manage their time effectively
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Works well and is comfortable communicating directly with all levels of the organisation
• Ability to develop relationships with both internal and external clients to understand and address their needs
• Experience in taking the initiative and promoting process improvements
