What will you be doing?
• Supporting the team in driving industry-wide (e.g. regulatory, market change) initiatives in a controlled and efficient manner
• You will support the production of Business Requirements, completion of UAT and liaison with Technology for any change and regulatory driven new activities/requirements
• Support in creating an environment within IBMO where people can work with pride, can work proactively having common visions and implementing automation/lean
• You will be expected to cover multiple products/business if required to demonstrate multi-tasking capabilities
• Liaising with the business and other departments when necessary while leading BAU to demonstrate leadership
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies
応募資格(必須経験など)
What we’re looking for:
• Ability to perform T0/T1 trade validation and reconciliation as well as other activities to ensure accurate trade flow and representation in the various systems
• Manage high volume data processing with accuracy within defined timelines
• Timely delivery of various client notifications with accuracy to external counterparties
• Native in Japanese with at least business level in verbal and written English skills to support working within a highly connected global environment
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Strong with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint)
• 3+ years of experience in financial industry
• JSDA: Class-1 sales representative qualification and Internal Control Manager qualification
• Knowledge of financial instruments, mainly Equity Derivatives, Investment Trust and structured products
