What will you be doing?
Ensuring the business adopts the Group’s approach towards the management of Resilience and operate in such a way that ensures services to all parties
Ensuring resilience is appropriately owned within the business and embedded as part of business planning, management and development
Providing strategic direction and resilience guidance to all key stakeholders, including Senior Management (CEO, CIO and COO) and Executive level
Supporting business area in identifying and documenting Business Services and Important Business Services
Assisting in the determination of Business Impact Assessments and Impact Tolerance / Intolerable Harm assessments
Engaging with SME’s to assess Enterprise Processes, Supplier, Technology and Workforce / Premises Resilience requirements
Leading the business in compiling and maintaining a Business Response Plan and Workforce Recovery Plans
Assisting the BU to drive the identification and remediation of gaps in Resilience and proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to mitigate Resilience risks
応募資格(必須経験など)
What we’re looking for:
Proven, successful and comprehensive leadership experience in Resilience, Risk & Control and/or Chief of Staff in a complex organisation
Significant experience in business resilience and continuity, theoretical and practical, with a strong understanding of these disciplines within the financial services industry
Experienced and proven in operating in a matrix management model where influencing, negotiating and challenging skills have been highly leveraged
Proven stakeholder, relationship management skills, advisory skills at a senior level (CEO, CIO and COO) and Executive level, in a large organisation
Skills that will help you in the role:
Understanding of threats, risks, impacts and associated mitigations as they relate to business resilience within a major banking organisation
Understands and leverages the use of technology, integrating into overall business strategies and solutions where appropriate
Knowledge/understanding of relevant regulatory bodies, standards and industry best practice, understanding of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks and organizational model
Experience of working in a relationship management, advisory or consultancy role
