What will you be doing?
Acting as the main point of contact for Sales / Trading. Processing all new bookings, amends, allocations and cancellation bookings in the risk system across various products
Monitor and investigating issues when they occur
Ensuring there is suitable control processes around trade bookings, verification while working closely with sales/traders, middle office, finance and various operation teams
Participating in testing and the implementation of the related system / product / regulatory change functionalities
Proactively seeking for areas of improvement in the day to day processes by automating manual bookings/functions minimizing potential risks
Raising IT issues and concerns and work with IT to deliver a good solution
応募資格(必須経験など)
What we’re looking for:
Fluent Japanese and English language skills
Experience in the financial services industry, preferably within Investment Banking
Working knowledge of fixed income, cash and derivative products
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA to handle large amounts of data
Skills that will help you in the role:
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with all levels of the organisation
Ability to develop relationships with both internal and external clients to understand and address their needs
Eagerness to take the initiative to identify and promote process improvements
