Supporting the team in driving industry-wide (e.g. regulatory, market change) initiatives in a controlled and efficient manner
Supporting the team in the production of business requirements, completion of UAT and liaison with Technology for any change and regulatory driven new activities
Support an environment within IBMO where people can work with pride, people can work proactively having common visions and implementing automation/lean
Covering multiple products/business if required to demonstrate multi-tasking capabilities
You will be expected to face off the business and other departments when necessary while leading BAU to demonstrate leadership
応募資格(必須経験など)
Ability to perform T0/T1 trade validation and reconciliation as well as other activities to ensure accurate trade flow and representation in the various systems.
Business level or higher level communications skills both verbal and written for both English and Japanese to support working within a highly connected global environment
Solid knowledge on Equities Prime (Stock Loan, Listed Futures & Options) products
JSDA: Class-1 sales representative qualification
Skills that will help you in the role:
Strong product knowledge of financial instruments, mainly Equities Prime (Listed Futures & Options, Stock Loan).
Proficient with MS office Packages including Microsoft Excel
3+ years of experience in financial industry
Internal Control Manager qualification
