The Program
The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a leadership program* that hires high-potential MBA and Master’s students from around the world and helps them develop into the leaders of tomorrow. The program is a career differentiator: IRDP participants gain the expertise and experience they need to take on leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson.
*IRDP is not rotation program. You can cultivate your career journey based on your experience, capability and aspiration.

Who We're Looking For
・Full-time MBA or Master’s degree required (Limited to 3 years after graduation)
・Minimum of 3 years or more of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in a full-time Masters level degree program
・Fluent in both English and Japanese
・Proven leadership capabilities
・Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
