仕事内容

This is a hybrid role which will cover a broad recruitment need, both in lateral and campus for two key locations – Tokyo and Seoul offices. The key focus for the Recruiter is to execute a recruiting strategy both in Lateral and Campus to attract, source and recruit across businesses, a broad and diverse set of candidates for the local offices. S/He will be working closely with Senior Recruiters in the region and the broader APAC Human Resources team, you will initiate and drive the full lifecycle recruiting strategy and be an ambassador for Blackstone.

Qualifications:

Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.

The successful candidate must have:
7+ years’ relevant work experience with full life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced investment focused environment. Prior experience working for a search firm, coupled with experience in investment bank/firm is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, fluency in English and Japanese (verbal and written Japanese) is preferred. Fluency in Korean will be a plus.
Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches
Knowledge of recruiting technology (Boolean search logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint and Word) preferred
Eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong multitasking and project management skills
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, high touch environment
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
Strong relationship building/stakeholder management skills
