What will you be doing?
Designing and development of the industry-leading, low-latency Equities Cash Connectivity Platform
Working on the holistic simulation and testing of the Connectivity system for high reliability
Providing estimates for tasks including design, development and testing
Supporting analysis, testing, and operations teams
Participating in code reviews and architectural decisions
Mentoring junior developers
Interacting with both senior Front Office Trading and Sales stakeholders at the Director and Managing Director levels across multiple regions
Analysing requirements to find the most appropriate technical solution and creating a technical specification where needed
応募資格(必須経験など)
What we’re looking for:
Excellent Java & C++ skills with minimum of five years’ experience in client and exchange connectivity domains developing low-latency trading systems
Good scripting skills using Perl, Python, Shell or similar
Experience working in a Linux environment
Understanding of higher-level Computer Science concepts such as data structures and algorithms
Skills that will help you in the role:
Advanced expertise in computer networks, computer architecture and operating systems
Advanced knowledge of Linux and FIX Protocol
Agile software development methodology
Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
