仕事内容
• Monthly/quarter/annual investor reports (translation, Basel III reporting, additional ones customized for Japanese clients)
• Marketing materials
• DDQ/RFP
• Ongoing day-to-day client communication (meeting/call/email with existing clients etc.), in close collaboration with Asset Management Distribution (sales) team
• Product presentation to clients (banks, insurance companies, trust banks, asset management companies, pension funds, consultants, retail distributors etc.)
• Translation of client meeting/call with investment manager
• Minutes of meeting/call with investment manager
• New product launch (documentation, filing with FSA in Japan, client onboarding etc.)
• Topical market/product updates for Asset Management Distribution (sales) team
Key products of the team
• Equity
• Fixed income
• Bank loan
• Supply chain finance (both insured and high-income)
• Insurance linked strategy (both life and non-life)
• Hedge fund (both in-house and third party products)
• Private debt (both in-house and third party products)
• Private equity (primarily placement agent of third party products)
• Infrastructure (primarily placement agent of third party products)

To excel in this role, you should possess below:
・ Rich experience as an asset management product specialist
・ Highly effective written and oral communication skill in both English and Japanese language due to clientele
・ Outstanding inter-personal skill
・ Passion for growth and success
・ Outstanding ability to work multi-task under pressure
・ Collaboration
・Awareness of regulatory requirements
・CMA/CFA (preferred)
・Expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint
・Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
