・Manage project deliveries independently from start to end with good governance routines, provide leadership and help resolve conflicts and set priority for the project team.
・Learn and adopt PMO template and Enterprise Project and Program governance requirements at BofA.
・You will have opportunity to run projects that deliver strong results for the organization including Swap/Delta One, Cash Trading, Regulatory and Internal Mandates, Technology Improvements, Enterprise Change Transformation projects
・This includes working with stakeholders to understand the requirements, design solutions, pull together a project plan, chair meetings/minutes, track deliverables/risk/issues, follow up on actions and most importantly bring the team together to deliver a common goal.
・Help resolve conflicts where needed.
・Use PowerPoint, Excel, Visio to create business requirements documents and regular updates to senior stakeholders
応募資格(必須経験など)
・You have 10+ years of project management (BA/PM) experience in Equity Technology and/or regulatory and risk & control space.
・You have strong leadership, communication and inter-personal skills.
・You have successfully delivered large size complex projects involving large number of stakeholders across different departments (Front Office Trading, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Tech and so on)
・You’re a good problem solver, proactive, high energy and self-motivated to learn; able to multi-task and work independently and adapt quickly to changes in priorities
・You can communicate effectively and influence vertically and horizontally throughout the organization (e.g. business/compliance/ops partners, technical lead, developers and associates in different locations and time zones.)
・You have excellent organizational skills and have good experience with Enterprise Change Governance routines as you’re expected to manage project plan & tollgate processes and track deliverables.
・You are good at Business Writing and using PowerPoint & Excel to create business requirement documents and governance deck, and document quality updates for business and senior stakeholders
・You have strong analytical skills to drive solutions for complex business requirements
・You’re familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio and other office toolsets.
・You read/write/speak Japanese fluently.
