What will you be doing?
・Acting as a lead to drive regulatory changes evaluation across various business and infrastructure teams, monitoring the regulatory landscape for APAC (especially n Japan)
・Advising business and infrastructure upcoming regulatory pipeline, ensuring transparency on relevant impacts and actions in APAC
・Advocating and maintaining awareness of APAC regulatory requirements with global stakeholders and communicating requirements for APAC
・Partnering as a regional Subject Matter Expert with compliance and other stakeholders in response to queries/ surveys from industry forums and regulators
・Driving initiatives of a strategic nature (e.g. developing governance controls for regulatory requirements) and coordinating deliveries among business and functions
・Planning and coordinating activities across areas from project scoping, to delivery and handover to the BAU environment
応募資格(必須経験など)
What we’re looking for:
・Experience in regulatory initiatives scoping / initiation, mobilisation, and execution coordination
・Experience of working in a regional/ local matrix management environment with exposure in interfacing with industry forum and regulator queries / surveys
・Prior experience in managing complex regulatory initiatives, being an SME to digest and summarise information in a comprehensive way
・Previous track record of project execution with demonstrable expertise in supporting cross functional/ front-to-back, business change projects
