Real Estate - Institutional Client Solutions (ICS), Principal


仕事内容

・Client Relationships: Present Blackstone Real Estate funds to local client base and distribution networks in partnership with the Firm’s Private Wealth Solutions team
・Marketing Materials & Investor Communications: Work collaboratively with business leaders and various teams within Blackstone Real Estate to create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, and other investor communications (e.g., webinars, other investor memoranda, public speaking engagements)
・New Business Development: Lead initiatives to expand platform into new distribution channels by driving investor due diligence, leading launch teach-ins and having oversight of new distributor onboarding
・Product Knowledge: Become an expert on Blackstone Real Estate’s funds and investments
・Team Player: Serve as player-coach to analysts and associates and contribute to positive team culture


応募資格(必須経験など)

・10+ years of professional experience
・Superior communication skills; fluency in English and Japanese is required
・Prior work experience within Asset Management industry in Japan is preferred
・Highly motivated (a self-starter), intelligent and demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors
・Ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments, often under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
・Strong presentation skills, both in internal and external settings

・Leadership and strong project management capabilities
・Candidate should be energetic and a team-oriented individual who thrives on challenge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
・Strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to learn
・Operate with the highest degree of integrity, motivation, and intellectual curiosity
