The Strategic Account ATS is at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts for our industry focused enterprise customers. S-ATS works exclusively to dissect the industry of a specific customer, map industry scenarios to the technical foundation, understand and translate the customer priorities and desired outcomes, and orchestrate resources in the customer’s digital journey. S-ATS’s technical acumen and industry expertise enables the customer to do business in new disruptive ways. S-ATS drives the adoption of Microsoft Azure Cloud, Modern Workplace solutions and Microsoft Business Applications such as Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. S-ATS is the owner of the CIO/CTO relationship, and a dedicated virtual CTO.

This Job Will Provide You: ​

Responsibilities
We are looking for you to demonstrate deep expertise in our customer’s business, knowledge of the markets in which customer operates, and Microsoft’s capability to help the customer drive their digital transformation. The broad scope of responsibility of this role requires a solid understanding of both business and technology strategy, change management and a principled approach to broad digital transformation challenges and opportunities. You may also share a common set of characteristics, such as strong leadership and people skills, and bring the experience that drives innovation and customer value.

You will be focused on the following priorities:

Own, manage and develop the technical business relationships with the technology influencers/decision makers of the customers
Lead the translation of the customer’s desired business outcomes into technical architecture
Lead the technical delivery by motivating and inspiring all technical resources involved in delivering the customer’s desired outcome.
Your specific actions will include:

Digital Transformation - disrupting the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase Microsoft’s unique value proposition  ​
Inspirational Leadership - orchestrating technical teams in order to help solidify the path to the complex, yet exciting journey. Beyond orchestration, you will display the ability to rely on the help of others and ensure there is an interest to engage ​
Technical Architecture Leadership - leading the design of technical architectures in the transportation industry ​
Technical Sales Leadership - differentiating yourself by having a strong focus on both technology and industry ​
Executive Presence - owning relationships with technology executives - CDO/CIO/CTO/CISO and members of their office and influencing relationships with CEO/CFO/COO

Qualifications
Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:

Technical leadership: 5+ years of related experience in technical sales leadership roles or consulting role, managing high performance technical sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, leadership roles in multi-tiered global organizations, selling and delivering complex solutions to enterprise customers. Work experience at Consulting or Services company such as McKinsey, Accenture or the equivalent; Cloud and software companies, particularly SalesForce.com, Amazon, Google, IBM, Oracle preferred. In addition to from consulting or service company, work experience at digital oriented company such as Yahoo, Rakuten, mercari preferred.
Digital Transformation: Disrupting the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase Microsoft’s unique value proposition. Proven track record and experience leading organizational transformations while delivering on long and short term results
Cloud sales: Strategic leadership with track record driving results faster than competition in new markets/solution areas, preferrably cloud services growth and consumption/usage based selling
Growth mindset: Eagerness to learn and grow oneself while adapting to changes
Team spirit: Embody “we-before-me” mindset
Industry expertise: Experience in retail & Consuer Goods industry would be preferred.
Soft skills: Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, coaching skills, cross-group collaboration and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
Sales trainings: Experienced in complex sales programs (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Challenger, Holden, Krauthammer, etc.), sales methodologies (equivalent to MSP), broad evangelism through events (presentation skills), effective marketing tactics, negotiation, financial analysis, industry knowledge
Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience
