In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Director level within the Shared Service and Banking Operations team. What you'll bring to the role:
• Strong relationship building skills
• Understanding of financial products (Equity, Listed Derivatives) and the downstream impact of poor-quality data across sales & trading, operations, finance, risk, and regulatory processes.
• Ability to think commercially and understand the impact of initiatives and risks on operational outcomes.
• Ability to address non-standard issues within area of expertise
• Culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and readiness to escalate issues with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; exposure to technical skills (e.g., SQL, databases, macros) is a plus.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
