Platform Solutions Execution Management (‘PSEM’) is the firm’s industry leading initiative in resourcing Millennium investment professionals globally across access, data, research, and technology. Corporate Access is part of PSEM and facilitates access to companies, both broker-sourced and self-originated, for Millennium investment professionals (‘IPs’).
The Corporate Access Services team aims to ensure that Millennium’s PM Teams have access to the highest quality corporate access offering and services. As a Corporate Access Associate, you will play a key role in implementing communication channels and processes, coordinating internal meetings, managing databases and email correspondence, preparing reports, and driving operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. You should thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating the ability to remain composed and effective under demanding conditions. This role requires managing the daily responsibilities and overall process of corporate access in Japan, as part of Corporate Access Services team based in the APAC region, for the benefit of all Millennium IPs.

Qualifications/Skills Required
• Based in Tokyo
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• 10+ years’ industry experience at bank, asset manager, or hedge fund in corporate access, research, or sales; must have knowledge of corporate access ‘eco-system’
• Degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills, in both languages, with poise and confidence to interact with corporate mgmt. teams and Millennium investment professionals
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point and the ability to manipulate data
• High degree of operational efficiency, ability to multi-task, and excellent attention to detail
• Good team player with strong willingness to participate and help others reach shared goals
• Knowledge of trends and best practice within the corporate access landscape
